At NCR I’ve been working as a DevOps Engineer for different teams due my good progress in the area.
- Firstly giving support to a developer team, helping them with their automation tools implementation and configuration, mainly using Ansible, Shell script, Jenkins, P4V, Json, YML, XML, VmWare and Gitlab.
- After that I was asked to design and develop the build, deploy and test automation for an application migration, from Jboss to Tomcat. During this period of time, I used Kitchen, ServerSpec, Capistrano, Shell Scripting, Jenkins and DSL.
- The most notable project (so far) was the implementation of an updated Continuous Integration Build Pipeline that enabled the organisation to reach higher levels of agility and software quality. This implementation required Chef, Kitchen, Inspec, Capistrano, Python, Jenkins, Docker, Shell Scripting, API Rest, Git and Nexus3.
